Senior Copywriter

  • Led a team of full-time and freelance copywriters servicing the Walmart+ account and numerous Deutsch internal cause briefs on topics like AI Creative and Neurodivergence in the Job Search

  • Partnered with a senior art director and acted as the first-line creative lead in the development of performance work to address always-on, tentpole, holiday, and need-based briefs

  • Oversaw consistent improvement in key performance indicators, such as year-over-year increases in engagement (CTR, VSR, and VCR) and decreases in CAC and CPC

  • Assisted in bringing the Walmart+ Hispanic market business in house and building out the HA team, then became the performance team liaison to the VP of Hispanic Creative

Copywriter

  • Primarily serviced the Walmart+ account, providing hard-hitting acquisition copy for the client’s performance needs

  • Acted as the singular copywriter for the most successful Walmart+ Week campaign in the history of the account, garnering over 1.1 billion impressions, a +0.97% (vs benchmark) CAC, and 158% (vs target) increase in member participation.

  • Contributed to creative concepting meetings and brainstorms for multiple high-profile accounts including Walmart+, Nintendo, Keurig/Dr. Pepper, Pizza Hut, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and more

  • Helped create a successful email prospecting program for multiple Deutsch teams, including Design, Production, Digital Experience, and Business Intelligence, leading to meaningful new business leads

  • Wrote dozens of 360-degree campaigns for Walmart+, which included myriad social platforms, the Google Display Network and more outlets, gaining experience across nearly all relevant performance touchpoints
